You could technically do that with any language if you wanted to waste your life writing a bunch of shit from scratch and never getting around to making what you intended to make in the first place, but you, who I assume to be a beginner, isn't going to be doing that any time soon. What are you going to learn OpenGL and make your own graphics libraries? I doubt it.
While that might be technically true, I guarantee any book or tutorial you read is going to tell you to download some library or use some kind of framework. Nobody is going to expect you to do anything from scratch. You are trying to make a game on a modern system here, not trying to do systems programming.>>891
